Coriander is much better in colder seasons, here in New Zealand - slower to bolt and go to seed.
Sow the large seeds about 5mm deep and 5–10cm apart. Keep them watered and they should be up in a fortnight. Coriander also makes an excellent microgreen. Sow seed thickly in a container of potting mix, cover with soil, keep watered and harvest once the baby plants have formed their second set of leaves (true leaves).
This listing is for approximately 50 seeds and will help Ranui Community Gardens to be sustainable and self-funding for all equipment it needs.
